Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Deployment & Integration Manager to coordinate the international installation of Flyeye telescopes—a next-generation, ground-based optical sensor system for space debris tracking.This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage technical teams across diverse environments.
While prior experience with Flyeye systems is not required, a strong technical background and a proactive, hands-on approach are essential to mastering the system over time.You will be responsible for orchestrating on-site activities, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and testing of the systems, while keeping teams motivated and operations on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage on-site deployment of Flyeye telescopes worldwide.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams during installation and integration phases.
- Act as the operational interface between internal engineering teams, site personnel, local authorities, and customers.
- Supervise system-level functional tests and support commissioning activities.
- Ensure adherence to schedule, quality standards, safety procedures, and budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field, escalating when necessary.
- Support logistics, c
