YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Application Support Specialist to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team within the Insurance sector.The selected candidate will work as a 1st and 2nd Level Application Support Specialist , joining dedicated teams responsible for the management and support of mission-critical applications supporting core business processes.The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring the operational continuity of application services by supporting business users, monitoring production systems, and managing application issues in compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
