DESCRIPTIONReinvent how the world's largest robotics network gets deployed. Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager for our Robotics Delivery, Packaging & Innovation to define and lead the Design for Deployment (DfD) technical deep-dive, and associated implementation strategy, across our global robotics fulfillment network. This is a founding, build-it-from-scratch role: you will define what 'deployable' means for every robotics technology Amazon ships, and your decisions will shape how thousands of implementations happen across six continents. Amazon's culture encourages an entrepreneurial approach and expects engineers and managers alike to take a high level of ownership in solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment. The role could be based in Vercelli or alternatively in London or Luxembourg with ~60% travel across Europe and internationally for design reviews and field validation activities. The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for Executives of the Industrial Sector (CCNL per i Dirigenti di aziende del Settore Industriale).
The position is classified at level Dirigente. The minimum gross annual base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For tempo parziale hours, the salary will be pro-rated. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements. In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
