What you will doThe Indirect Procurement buyer is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end purchasing process for the assigned indirect commodities. The role ensures compliance with Group standards and policies while delivering optimal value through strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management, and cost control activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Indirect Procurement Category Manager in defining a strategic plan for managing the assigned commodities and achieving the results required by our company.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define business needs and ensure alignment with procurement procedures and instructions.
- Lead negotiations to ensure the best quality/cost ratio in indirect procurement.
- Identify and leverage cross‑regional synergies and inter‑company sourcing opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of Master Service Agreements in collaboration with Haier Group procurement teams based in Italy.
- Manage the full vendor management process: scouting, offer evaluation, SLA, T&C; definition and contract drafting (in collaboration with the Legal department).
- Process orders in the company ERP system and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
- Conduct purchase cost analysis and prepare action plans to imp
