Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support to Spanish-speaking travelers and property partners, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
Assist customers with complex reservation inquiries, cancellations, and booking modifications within the travel sector.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving travel-related issues with empathy and efficiency.

Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery for the global Booking.com platform.
Update and maintain accurate traveler data to ensure the highest standards of service excellence.
Communicate effectively across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to address client needs.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices within the travel support landscape.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills and a passion for the travel industry.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment in Athens.
Proficiency in English to facilitate professional internal communication.
