We are currently seeking talented individuals for the Spanish Speaking Customer Experts for a Tech Leader position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support to telecommunications clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest telecommunications products and digital services.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic,
and efficient communication in Spanish.
Document customer interactions accurately within the internal CRM system to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring service challenges within the tech sector.
Identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions, enhancing the overall telecommunications service delivery.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interest in the telecommunications industry and emerging technologies.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or technical support role is considered a strong asset.
Professional proficiency in English to facilitate internal team communication.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while based in Greece.
