Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional support to clients through various communication channels in the Customer Support Services sector.
Resolve complex customer inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.

Document all interactions within our CRM systems to ensure data integrity and continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with international team members to share best practices for excellent service delivery.
Stay updated on product or service changes to provide expert guidance to our diverse user base.
Contribute to the positive culture of our modern offices, making us a leader in Spanish-speaking jobs.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Professional proficiency in English.
Valid EU passport or a work permit for Greece.
Previous experience in Customer Support Services is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
