Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Susegana for a 3D designer, CAD drafter, 3D modeler, or industrial designer. The role involves designing and modeling LED lighting products and components, creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings, and preparing production-ready documentation.
The designer will collaborate with R&D;, engineering, and production teams to translate concepts into manufacturable solutions, optimize designs for performance and usability, and support the development of custom lighting fittings. Daily tasks include updating design files, ensuring adherence to technical and regulatory standards, and participating in design reviews to improve product aesthetics, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong 3D design and modeling skills using industry-standard software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Inventor, Fusion 360, or similar).
Proficiency in CAD drafting and technical drawing, including dimensioning, tolerances, and documentation for manufacturing.
Experience in product or industrial design, ideally related to lighting, electronics, or architectural components.
