Job Overview
We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team in Athens for the Spanish Speaking Microsoft Customer Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support and consultation to Microsoft product users in Spanish.
Resolve complex software and IT-related queries, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends and Microsoft product developments.

Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong proficiency in English to navigate internal IT documentation and systems.
Valid EU passport or valid work authorization for Greece.
