Key Responsibilities
Analyze and moderate user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform policies and community standards.
Maintain the integrity of the social media ecosystem by identifying and escalating potential policy violations.
Apply native-level linguistic and cultural knowledge to interpret nuance in Spanish-language content.
Ensure high-quality standards in every interaction, contributing to a safer and more inclusive online environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine moderation processes within the fast-paced social media industry.
Provide insightful feedback to the operations team regarding content trends and emerging community issues.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or work permit to work in Greece.
Strong digital literacy and a passion for the social media industry.
Ability to maintain focus and objectivity while evaluating sensitive content.
Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate team collaboration.
