Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on travel policies and transportation service protocols in Spanish.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality by identifying common pain points in transportation customer journeys.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Advanced English proficiency to support our international communication standards.
Previous experience in the transportation, logistics, or premium customer service sectors is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during peak travel periods.
