Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding innovative consumer electronics products.
Troubleshoot hardware and software queries with precision and professionalism.
Ensure an exceptional user experience by maintaining high satisfaction scores for our electronics client.

Document all customer interactions accurately within our advanced CRM systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest product launches and technological updates within the consumer electronics industry.
Collaborate with international team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Advanced proficiency in English.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Passionate about technology and consumer electronics, with a desire to learn about the latest gadgets.
Previous experience in customer service or a tech-oriented role is considered a significant advantage.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
