What we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our Marketing team.
The candidate will play an active role in supporting the execution of marketing and communication initiatives, contributing to the growth and visibility of the Berco brand across both digital and offline channels. The role combines digital marketing, communication,

event support and marketing operations, offering exposure to a wide range of projects in an international B2B environment.
Beyond executing assigned activities, we are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and contributes with ideas, enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality results while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
