Job Overview
We are currently searching for an ambitious professional to join our client as a Spanish Speaking B2B Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. This dynamic role within the Customer Support Services industry focuses on providing expert solutions and high-level support to international business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for B2B partners, ensuring exceptional service quality in the Customer Support Services sector.
Analyze client needs to provide tailored business solutions and professional recommendations.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with international corporate clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
Handle complex inquiries,
identifying technical or procedural issues, and implementing effective resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and improve internal support processes.
Document all interactions meticulously within the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and trend analysis.
Deliver professional presentations and updates to stakeholders in both Spanish and English.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) for high-level business communication.
Excellent command of the English language.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation for our Spanish-speaking jobs.
Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar B2B consultancy environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Professional demeanor with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international office environment in Sofia.
