Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients within the customer support services sector.

Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or work authorization for Bulgaria.
Previous experience in a customer support services environment is highly preferred.
