We are currently seeking a passionate gaming enthusiast for the Spanish Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced environment in the Gaming & Esports industry, where your primary mission will be to ensure our players receive world-class support while expanding our presence among Spanish-speaking jobs in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via live chat, email, and social media channels.
Champion the player experience within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem by resolving inquiries regarding game mechanics, billing, and technical performance.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, patch notes, and esports tournament schedules to provide accurate, real-time information to our player community.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and provide feedback to improve the overall gaming environment.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand alignment while representing one of the most respected names in the gaming world.
Contribute to the positive culture of our Sofia office by sharing your passion for gaming with a diverse international team.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for the Gaming & Esports industry with a deep understanding of current titles and gaming communities.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset suitable for competitive Spanish-speaking jobs.
