We are currently looking for a detail-oriented professional to fill the Spanish Speaking Content Moderator position in Bulgaria. This vital role within the social media industry requires an individual who can ensure online safety and high-quality user experiences by reviewing content, maintaining community standards, and mitigating risk for global social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and social media industry safety standards.
Identify and escalate complex cases related to online safety and platform integrity.

Analyze trending content patterns to support the ongoing development of moderation tools and community guidelines.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced, digital social media environment.
Provide insightful feedback to improve the overall moderation process for Spanish-speaking user communities.
Stay updated on cultural and linguistic nuances within the Spanish-speaking digital space to ensure context-aware decision-making.
