2. Pay attention to every detail of your store
Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness standards.
Manage back-office operations and follow procedures (inventory, deliveries, replenishment, stock management, etc.).
Participate in administrative tasks related to the store and headquarters (recruitment, human resources, cash register management, bank deposits, etc.).
Master and effectively use our digital tools.

Profile :
You have previous experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector.
You are customer-oriented and service-driven.
You are able to analyze data and monitor store KPIs.
You have natural leadership skills and know how to motivate your team.
You have a strong business mindset and are goal-oriented.
You have excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
You are available to work on weekends and public holidays.
