This expansion is backed by a $50M EU CHIPS Act grant—the first ever awarded to a startup.The roleWe are seeking a Quality Manager as we set up a new manufacturing facility for our advanced packaging products.
This role will help ensure that our products meet the highest standards for our customers and comply with relevant optoelectronic quality standards and certification programs.
This person will develop the company’s quality policy,
along with the business practices and processes needed to support this vision.
The role will also involve close collaboration with all levels of the organization, from fab operations and design engineering to finance and senior leadership.
This is a key role in our organizational and manufacturing ramp-up and will help drive a strong quality mindset throughout the team.Your responsibilitiesDevelop and implement business practices for quality programs, including Process Change Control, Structured Problem Solving, routine business audits, employee certification, and other relevant processes.Train employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.Achieve compliance with, and certification to, industry-standard quality programs as required by customers.Engage with customers to gather and incorporate feedback on product performance and quality expectations.Establish, monitor, and drive Quality KPIs, with a focus on reduc
