This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in Italy.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-driven environment and play a key role in expanding enterprise revenue across the region. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from building a strong pipeline to closing strategic accounts and exceeding revenue targets. The role focuses on engaging large organizations and partnering with senior executives to understand complex business needs. Success requires a consultative approach, commercial drive, and the ability to navigate sophisticated enterprise buying processes. Accountabilities
- Drive new business acquisition and consistently exceed revenue targets and sales quotas.




- Develop and execute effective strategies to generate partnerships, pipeline, and sustainable revenue growth.
- Build, manage, and continuously qualify a healthy pipeline of enterprise prospects across your assigned market.
- Develop deep expertise in the region, including its market dynamics, customer needs, and business complexities.
- Engage with senior executives and key decision-makers to uncover challenges, provide strategic guidance, and accelerate the buying process.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with enterprise customers and serve as a consultative partner throughout the sales cycle.
- Bring customer insights back to internal teams and identify opportunities to improve the product and overall customer experience.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, moving quickly, solving problems independently, and consistently looking for ways to improve results.
