Hines is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Italy portfolio, driving safe, efficient, and profitable operation while delivering an outstanding resident experience across PBSA assets.
You will build and coach Italian General Managers, oversee P&L;, budgeting, occupancy targets, and market-facing activities, collaborating with Asset Management, Marketing and Finance. Travel across Italy is required to lead multi-site teams and ensure compliance with local regulations.
