The IT Network Analyst is responsible for the operational and strategic management of the local IT infrastructure, including maintenance of PCs and servers, user support, and resolution of technical issues. In addition to technical duties,
the Network Analyst provides guidance and mentoring to junior IT staff, ensures alignment with global IT standards, and acts as a point of escalation for complex issues. The role requires collaboration with international teams and leadership in local IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, servers, and peripherals.
- Provide first and second-level technical support to users.
- Install, configure, and update client/server operating systems.
- Resolve incidents and handle service requests following IT best practices.
- Monitoring the assigned ServiceNOW queues for incidents and requests
- Document the local IT environment: hardware, cabling, network, servers, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain the local network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, cabling).
