Position Summary
Novogradac & Company LLP is searching for a Manager to join our fast-growing firm. The Manager will manage a variety of tax, audit and other assignments as designated by the Principal or Partner. The Manager should function with minimal supervision, and increased focus is placed on supervising and mentoring Staff and Senior Accountants, independent problem solving,
strengthening and developing client relationships and increasing office profitability. Some positions at Novogradac may be open to remote or hybrid work arrangements depending on business needs. Please discuss available options with your recruiter.
Your Contributions And Responsibilities
Assume primary responsibility for client engagements, including planning, staffing, timing, technical issues and other decisions. Oversee completion of engagements, including identifying and solving problem areas during the engagement, with minimal oversight or assistance
Conduct thorough engagement reviews
Supervise and mentor Supervisors, Senior Accountants and Staff, including guiding and educating them in technical areas, identifying professional development opportunities and maintaining a respectful team atmosphere
Complete annual performance evaluations for assigned staff and manage employee performance conversations
Assist Principals and Partners
