We are looking for a
Bartender
to join our DaV Mare Restaurant team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.
He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Main duties & Responsibilities
Fulfill the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures;
Welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere,
establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries;
Plan, organize, and control the operations of a bar;
To monitor stock levels, paying particular attention to use-by-dates on perishable goods, and order replacement deliveries as required; Supervise the work of bar staff and other bartenders;
Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies;
Brings suggestions for improvement
Requirements
Effective communication, emotional intelligence and adaptability;
Collaboration: be a role model for teamwork, and proactively go out of your way to help others;
Drive results: set clear goals and expectations and maximize resource allocation to achieve them;
Be capable of advising on best-selling prices and review regularly according to the Bar Manager's instructions. xbvzest
