JOB SUMMARY
Support the strategic initiatives of the Global Supply Chain Analytics Team by ensuring effective administration, configuration, user support, and continuous improvement of key business systems. The role focuses on GAINS administration and support, Jira request management, business user support, documentation, light reporting support, and close collaboration with internal Supply Chain functions (Demand & Production Planning,



Warehouse & Distribution, Direct & Indirect Procurement) and external software providers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Support the implementation and ongoing administration of GAINS, the company’s end-to-end planning system, including configuration, user access management, issue troubleshooting, data validation, and coordination with business users and external providers
Manage Jira-based user support requests, triage issues, coordinate resolution, and ensure timely follow-up with business users and technical teams
Support standardized intake, tracking, prioritization, and communication of GAINS, BI, and analytics-related requests
Translate business needs into clear system, workflow, reporting, and support requirements to improve user experience and process efficiency
Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, support procedures, design requirements, and user guides
Maintain basic operational KPIs, request
