Philogen S.p.A., a company operating in the biotech-pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a resource to join the company as an Archivist, belonging to the Protected Categories pursuant to Law 68/99.
The resource will be placed within the company organization and will mainly be responsible for archiving, document management and operational support activities for technical and scientific functions, with particular reference to company documentation related to regulated activities.
Main activities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- archiving, classifying and managing paper and digital documentation;
- updating and maintaining company archives;
- supporting the traceability, retrievability and proper storage of documents;
- scanning, cataloguing and organizing files and documents;
- checking the completeness of archived documentation;
- providing operational support to internal functions in the management of document flows;
- complying with company procedures and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Employment under the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry CCNL.
- Belonging to the Protected Categories pursuant to Law 68/99;
- high school diploma;
- good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Word,
Excel and Outlook;
- accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail;
- good organizational skills;
- ability to work in a team;
- previous experience, even brief, in archiving, secretarial, back-office or document management activities is preferred.
We offer an annual salary package ranging from €24,000 to €27,000.
Positioning within the salary range will be determined based on objective and neutral criteria, taking into account the candidate’s skills, experience, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, as assessed throughout the selection process.
