About this vacancy

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our staff on a permanent basis.

Specifically, the role will involve supporting the team in various activities, including:

- Monthly monitoring of timesheets and expense reports,
- Operational support for employees and business managers,
- Management of invoicing activities,
- Recording costs and revenues in the accounting system,
- Interfacing with suppliers and clients for handling orders,
- Managing and monitoring payments,
- Preparation and management of internal reporting.

What we expect from you

- Diploma in accounting/administration, finance and marketing, or a bachelor's degree in economics or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the same role or similar tasks
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience gained in administrative work
- Native-level proficiency in Italian
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level

What you can expect from us





The position offers a permanent contract, and the gross annual salary (RAL) base provided will not be less than €30,000, in accordance with the provisions of the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a variable component based on achieving quarterly goals and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in compliance with current company policies.
