Field Application Specialist

As an expert professional in your area, you lead after-sales activities and provide application support for Sysmex's diagnostic portfolio.
- Ensure that sales ramp-up, sales turnover, and overall customer profitability is aligned with initial commercial proposal (contract compliance)
- Drive highest level of satisfaction throughout all contract duration, supporting the end-user at the customer’s sites or remotely;
- Contribute to new commercial proposal supporting the account managers with scientific knowledge and operational know-how.
