Purpose of the position: as Project Technical Manager, you will respond to the Head of SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURES ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES and be part of the Sustainable Infrastructure Business line with the aim of ensuring the execution of multidisciplinary engineering activities specifically related to subways and stations in compliance with technical and contractual requirements, while meeting the project’s quality and HSE requirements and collaborating with the other members of the project team.
How can you support us? Analyze tender and contractual documents in order to define the scope of work, contributing to the preparation of the schedule, identifying project requirements and constraints, including any potential design optimizations;
Support the tendering team in the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and the Project Organization Charts;
Support the tendering team in the preparation of the cost estimate, including the quantity estimation, for internal and external engineering services, including the preparation of the Project Mobilization Plan during the execution phase, based on the complexity of the project and in line with the guidance of the Tendering Manager.
Coordinate engineering activities, both those carried out internally and those assigned to external designers, whether using a BIM workflow or a traditional one;
Coordinate interface activities with the other unit
