Your Impact
Drive end-to-end applications and onboarding for operational and client bank/EMI accounts across various jurisdictions in high risk industries.
Gather and structure corporate legal files, UBO ownership documents, and operational flowcharts to meet bank underwriting requirements.
Build relationships with bank relationship managers and compliance officers and track active applications to minimize setup delays.
Handle annual bank reviews, ad-hoc transaction queries, and update banking partners on corporate structure changes.
Lead end-to-end KYC, KYB, and AML processes including complex annual reviews and ad-hoc compliance inquiries.
Support Legal and Finance teams with Substance requirements across the holding structure
What Makes You a Fit
3+ years opening corporate bank/EMI accounts in iGaming, crypto, or high-risk FinTech.
Strong understanding of UBO corporate structures, apostilled documentation, and bank underwriting demands.
KYC / KYB / AML: deep understanding of AML regulations, Source of Wealth (SoW),
and Source of Funds (SoF) requirements
Legal literacy: comfortable with M&A; docs, COI, Register of Directors, Incumbency Certificates, PoA, and Apostille processes.
Familiarity with global banking, SEPA/SWIFT routes, EMIs, and payment institutions.
Excellent organization, persistence in chasing application updates, and clear English communication.
Nice-to-Have: Prior experience or background with PSP (Payment Service Provider) onboarding, acquiring solutions, and payment gateway setups.
