We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Swimming Pool & Fitness Area Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, fitness, and guest service, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the swimming pool and fitness area to ensure safety and compliance with facility regulations.

Welcome and assist guests, providing professional support and information.

Develop and supervise personalized fitness and wellness programs.

Conduct individual training sessions and provide guidance on the correct use of fitness equipment.

Monitor the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the pool and gym areas.

Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Deliver an exceptional guest experience through professionalism and excellent communication.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science (Kinesiology) or equivalent qualification.

Alternatively, certification and proven experience as a Strength & Conditioning Coach or Athletic Trainer.

Native English speaker or English proficiency at C2 level (mandatory).

Previous experience in a hotel, wellness center, fitness club, or sports facility is considered an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts when required.
