We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Office Manager team.

About this vacancy
The 6-month extracurricular internship offers an important opportunity for professional growth and learning within a dynamic and innovative environment. The selected candidate will have the chance to support the team in various activities including: - Management of invoicing activities. - Recording costs and revenues in the accounting system. - Interfacing with suppliers and customers for order management. - Monthly checks of timesheets and expense reports. - Operational support to employees and business managers. - Management and monitoring of payments. - Preparation and management of internal reporting.
What we expect from you
- AFM diploma (Administration, Finance, and Marketing), formerly Accounting or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Administration.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Teamwork orientation.
The position offers a 6-month internship contract with a net salary of 1,000 euros and meal vouchers worth 7 euros per working day. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with the company's current policies.
