POSITION ? Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative, dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our Content Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming ideas, messages and brand values into impactful visual experiences. By combining typography, imagery, colours and layouts, you will ensure a clear, consistent and engaging visual communication across all company touchpoints.
What you will do
- - Design and layout commercial documentation, working closely with Product Managers and collaborating with the Content Team to integrate key messages and visual storytelling.
- Develop graphic concepts and coordinate the visual identity of brand events, including trade shows, roadshows and exhibitions, in collaboration with the POF and Content teams.
- Create, adapt and optimize visual content for digital channels based on briefs and operational requirements provided by the MarTech and Content teams.
- Coordinate the external creative agency for the development of visual assets supporting the annual Editorial Plan, ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity.
- Design marketing materials, promotional assets and merchandising to support business initiatives.
- Produce corporate communication materials while maintaining and evolving the company's brand guidelines in partnership with the Corporate and Content teams.
Who you are
- - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator and InDesign) and other graphic design tools like Figma.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and manage relationships with external agencies.
- Keen to learn and continuously adapt to AI-driven content creation, with strong proficiency in Claude or similar AI tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent visual sensitivity, with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented, creative and able to translate complex concepts into compelling visual solutions.
Nice to have
- - Knowledge of UI/UX Design principles and/or digital design.

Target Hiring Range
Total compensation package in the range between €32,000 and €40,000 gross per year.
DAB pay ranges for a job are based on the location-specific market of similar roles, according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual compensation within that range may vary depending on skills, capabilities and experience.
