Position Overview
This role combines strong analytical capabilities, commercial understanding and operational discipline. The Business Analyst, plays a key role in supporting business performance management by ensuring accurate reporting, consistent data flows and clear insights to guide commercial decisions and strategic planning.
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization through accurate business analysis, sales reporting, performance tracking and data-driven insights. The role supports management, senior analysts and commercial teams by monitoring sales performance at regional, country, channel, brand, customer and door level, ensuring timely visibility on key business trends, risks and opportunities.
He/She is responsible for collecting, consolidating and analyzing sell-in, sell-out and sell-thru data, preparing business reports,
dashboards and presentations, and supporting the Budget, Forecast, Monthly Revenue Forecast and strategic planning processes. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, high attention to detail and a solid understanding of sales dynamics, distribution networks, KPIs and business performance drivers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business Analysis and Sales Performance Tracking:
- Regularly deliver business analysis of sales performance at regional, country, channel, brand, customer and door level.
- Monitor top-line results and provide clear visibility on key business trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support the analysis of business performance, developing a solid understanding of each market and distribution model.
- Track regional distribution across all channels and maintain updated visibility on business evolution by market.
Reporting, Dashboards and KPIs:
- Define, maintain and update sales dashboards by area and at consolidated level, focusing on key market KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sell-out tracking and reporting.
- Collect, consolidate and analyze sell-out and sell-thru data from partners and internal systems.
- Support the creation and maintenance of databases to capture sales data
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of data flows, inputs and analysis.
Budget, Forecast and Business Planning Support:
- Support the preparation of Budget and Forecast templates by partner, door and brand.
- Support the preparation of Monthly Revenue Forecasts through data analysis and business input consolidation.
- Track sell-in orders and support selling campaign forecasting.
- Confirm End of Market results to HQ, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
Experience:
- Previous experience in Business Analysis, Sales Analysis, Business Intelligence, Commercial Planning or a similar analytical role.
- Experience in the fashion, retail, wholesale or travel retail industry is a plus.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence / data visualization tools is a strong plus.
Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset, with a natural attitude for numbers and data interpretation.
- Good understanding of sales dynamics, distribution networks, partners, customers and competitor landscape.
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and translate them into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of business KPIs, sales performance metrics and reporting processes.
- Excellent planning, organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Fluent in English.

Starting base salary equal to € 32.000 (full-time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location.
- Contractual level: CCNL Commercio - Level 4
- Meal Vouchers: €8.65/day per worked day of at least 6 hours.
