Land Acquisition Representative
LOCATION: VENETO, EMILIA ROMAGNA
Responsibilities
- Land scouting and origination of greenfield development opportunities
- Negotiation and securing of land rights (lease agreements, superficie, option agreements)
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with landowners and local stakeholders
- Generating and expanding a development pipeline for PV, Agri-PV and BESS projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in land acquisition and/or origination in the renewable energy sector
- Practical knowledge of utility-scale solar, agrivoltaic and/or storage projects
- Strong understanding of the Emilia-Romagna and/or Veneto territory
- An existing local network and the ability to independently source land opportunities
- A hands-on, execution-focused mindset combined with strong negotiation skills
