We believe in equal opportunities and fair pay practices. /p pLearn more about working with us at topconcareers.com /p pTopcon is hiring a hands‑on bSystem Test Engineer /b to test and validate advanced construction and machine control technologies in real field conditions. /p h3System Test Engineer – Construction Machine Control Solutions /h3 pLocation: Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy /p h3About The Role /h3 pYou will validate hardware, firmware and software releases, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with international teams to ensure our solutions perform reliably for customers using construction equipment in demanding environments. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liRun validation tests in lab and outdoor field environments. /li liTest hardware, firmware, software releases and new features. /li liInvestigate issues and document clear,
practical findings. /li liCollaborate with engineering, product, support and sales teams. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liExperience in testing, technical validation, product development or field support. /li liStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills. /li liKnowledge of communication systems such as serial, ISO CAN, radio or machine-to-machine technologies. /li liGood English skills and willingness to work in lab, field and international environments. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liGross annual salary of €40,000 – €45,000, depending on experience and skills. /li liA hands‑on role with lab testing, outdoor validation and real construction equipment. /li liAn international environment focused on practical innovation and continuous learning. /li /ul h3Interested? /h3 pWe’d love to hear from you.
