At Revolv Space, we are solving the problem of low duty cycles by developing and manufacturing the next generation of critical subsystems enabling continuous spacecraft operations and therefore full monetization of space assets. /p pWe start with tackling the power limitations of small satellites by providing best-in-class products for small satellites: Solar Array Drive Assemblies, solar arrays and deployment mechanisms. /p pTo achieve this mission, we are on the lookout for a Senior Electronics Engineer. In this role, you will own core electronics design, analysis and test responsibilities while preparing our hardware architecture for high-volume manufacturing. /p pLocation: Turin, Italy /p pWorking language: English /p pStarting date: November/December 2026 /p h3Your mission /h3 ul liLead and contribute to PCB/PCBA/FPC electronics design, schematic capture, component selection, and board bring-up /li liServe as the primary technical authority for hardware trade-offs between performance, cost, and manufacturability /li liApply and validate (including prototyping and testing) design changes to existing electronic systems /li liAnalyze electronic systems from the standpoint of electromagnetic compatibility, heat transfer, radiation robustness, reliability, and other important performance characteristics /li liPlan and execute qualification and delta qualification campaigns of electronic systems for space applications /li liEmbed testability (DFT) and automated integration strategies directly into the early hardware design phases /li liDefine and implement automated testing gates, End-of-Line (EOL) testing protocols, and automated test equipment setups /li liOptimise designs for high-volume manufacturing (DFM),
yield optimization, and supply chain reliability /li liCollaborate with internal system integrators and contract manufacturers to establish seamless assembly and testing pipelines. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field /li li8-12 years of experience as an Electronics Design Engineer with successful full-lifecycle board-level products as part of your experience /li liIndustry experience with the design and testing of electric actuators, especially precision stepper and BLDC motors (GaNFET based drivers are very nice to have). Experience with high reliability switching power supplies /li liHands-on experience with EMC/EMI testing both pre-compliance and qualification, /li liKnowledge of radiation phenomena and their impact on electronic systems, as well as radiation analysis and testing methodology /li liBasic knowledge of heat generation and heat transfer phenomena /li liDemonstrated skills in reliability analysis (e.g. based on MIL-HDBK-217) and Failure Mode and Criticality Analyses (FMECA/FMEA) - both in design and production /li liHands-on experience scaling electronics from low-volume prototypes to high-volume production runs /li liStrong practical knowledge of setting up automated testing pipelines, test benches, functional testing gates,
