Each of us is an adherent of entrepreneurial culture, which allows us never to stop, to evolve, and to create something new. /p ul liGather and clarify business requirements directly with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and define success metrics. /li liTranslate requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, data models, and acceptance criteria. /li liDesign and drive AI agents through prompting, tool/function calling, orchestration, and evaluation to accelerate prototyping and delivery. /li liBuild MVPs end-to-end, including frontend, backend, APIs, and data, and iterate quickly based on feedback. /li liDeploy, monitor, and maintain solutions in production, including CI/CD, observability, and cost/performance optimization. /li liOwn the full product lifecycle - from an initial idea to a shipped, reliable solution with measurable business value. /li /ul ul liProven full-stack development experience, e.g. Python/Node.js for backend and React or a similar frontend framework. /li liHands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs, or equivalent.
/li liPractical experience with prompt design, RAG, and tool/function integration. /li liAbility to independently elicit business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. /li liExperience delivering MVPs under tight timelines with a strong ownership mindset. /li liExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. /li liExperience with API design and integration (REST/GraphQL), as well as relational and/or vector databases. /li liStrong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li /ul ul liExperience with AI agent evaluation and observability tools, as well as guardrails. /li liKnowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices and prompt versioning. /li liFamiliarity with data privacy and security requirements, including GDPR and similar standards. /li liExperience in telecom or large-enterprise product environments.Experience taking AI-powered products from an initial business idea through to a production-ready solution. /li /ul ul liWork in a cross-functional team with analysts, developers designers to deliver product features. /li liIdentifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for technical and business suitability. /li liWorking closely with the Product Manager, Development team, IT, external stakeholders, and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. /li liAnalyze requirements, and define use cases and functional requirements for the software. /li liCreates and updates functional technical descriptions of business processes related to supporting, configuration, and maintenance of the solution. /li liPerform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements. /li liBacklog management and facilitation if needed. /li liOversees test implementation, gathers feedback from users, and proposes functional improvements. /li liSelection and implementation of the necessary tools, technologies, and techniques. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
