ppIOTA Group is looking for an experienced bHVAC Engineer to join its teams within a leading global energy company /b, supporting a major international LNG development. /p pThe position will initially be based in bMilan, Italy /b, during the Engineering phase of the project, within a large-scale LNG facility comprising more than 80 buildings. /p pIOTA Group is looking for an experienced bHVAC Engineer to join its teams within a leading global energy company /b, supporting a major international LNG development. /p pThe position will initially be based in bMilan, Italy /b, during the Engineering phase of the project, within a large-scale LNG facility comprising more than 80 buildings. /p h3Job Description /h3 pAs an bHVAC Engineer /b, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC engineering activities across the project. /p pYour main responsibilities will include: /p ul liManage the issuance, review and approval of HVAC engineering technical documentation. /li liEnsure that all bProject HSE requirements /b are integrated and consistently applied throughout HVAC design activities. /li liMonitor the engineering development and progress of HVAC systems delivered by contractors and package vendors. /li liReview engineering and vendor documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications, Statement of Requirements (SOR), HSE requirements and applicable international standards. /li liSupervise engineering contractors performing detailed HVAC design, ensuring compliance with bcost, schedule, quality and safety requirements /b. /li liDevelop and review HVAC engineering deliverables and ensure consistency across technical documentation. /li liIdentify opportunities for bdesign optimisation, standardisation and cost savings /b. /li liCoordinate with other engineering disciplines on constructability and operational interfaces, including b3D model reviews /b.



/li liParticipate in bHAZOP studies, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) /b and vendor inspections when required. /li liEnsure the quality and completeness of final HVAC documentation before handover to Operations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree / Bac+5 or equivalent in bMechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering or a related discipline /b. /li liMinimum b10 years of relevant HVAC engineering experience /b within Oil Gas, LNG or large-scale EPC/industrial projects. /li liStrong experience with HVAC systems operating in bclassified and hazardous areas /b, including Zone Classification, ATEX or equivalent requirements. /li liGood knowledge of international standards such as bASHRAE, NFPA, API and ISO /b. /li liExperience reviewing HVAC technical documentation, including data sheets, calculation notes, PIDs, layouts and vendor documentation. /li liProven experience supervising engineering contractors and package vendors. /li liExperience with bFAT, vendor inspections, HAZOP studies, multidisciplinary design reviews and constructability assessments /b. /li liChartered Engineer, PE registration or equivalent professional certification is preferred. /li liStrong communication, analytical and cross-functional coordination skills. /li liProactive and safety-oriented mindset. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pbLocation: /b Milan, Italy /p pbWorking Schedule: /b Resident position – 5 days per week /p pbStarting Date: /b 1 September 2026 /p pbMission Duration: /b 12 months /p pbLanguages: /b French and English required.
