The role will ensure effective interaction between customers, the laboratory, and the relevant internal departments, while guaranteeing service quality, compliance with agreed timelines, and an effective flow of information. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliManage customer requests and provide information about environmental testing services. /liliUnderstand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate internal departments. /liliCoordinate activities related to customer requests and assignments. /liliMonitor timelines, priorities, and the progress of activities. /liliCoordinate communication between customers, the laboratory, and the other departments involved. /liliProvide customers with timely updates on the status of activities. /liliManage any issues, specific requests, or critical situations, contributing to their resolution. /liliIdentify potential delays and support the definition of appropriate solutions. /liliMaintain ongoing and professional relationships with customers. /liliSupport the planning and organization of activities in line with agreed deadlines. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliExperience in the environmental testing sector. /liliPrevious experience in Customer Service, customer management, operational coordination, or project management; alternatively, experience gained within a laboratory environment. /liliKnowledge of laboratory processes and environmental testing services. /liliGood planning, coordination, and activity-monitoring skills. /liliAbility to manage priorities,
