As a Regional Operations Analyst, you will be focused on executing daily operations in order to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across your region. You will have ownership of end-to-end processes that support the achievement of those objectives, ranging from real estate expansion projects and day-to-day property management to ensuring health and safety standards are met and developing a strong network of local partners and suppliers. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Lead, you will play an essential role in the execution of our operations. You will coordinate closely with regional colleagues and local teams,
and your work will have a direct impact on operational performance and business results. /ph3What Will You Work On? /h3ulliBecome an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation within your region /liliSupport regional and local leadership teams in achieving operational targets and business objectives /liliAct as the regional point of contact for local partners and suppliers, ensuring service quality and operational standards are consistently met /liliManage relationships with real estate providers, laundry services, gas suppliers, cleaning companies, and other operational partners /liliExecute regional stock replenishment procedures to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations /liliContribute to the development and implementation of real estate standards, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with health and safety requirements /liliProcure, negotiate, and manage suppliers whenever necessary /liliSupport the expansion of the regional network through real estate sourcing, procurement, and supplier development initiatives /liliDrive operational efficiency initiatives and contribute to achieving regional performance targets /li /ulh3Who Are We Looking For? /h3ulliBackground in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field /lili1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, procurement, supplier management, logistics, facilities management,
