Our stores are the first point of contact with our consumers and the heart of everything we do. /p h3Your Role and Impact /h3 pAs a Retail Floor Manager you will assist in overseeing daily store operations and lead the sales team by example. Your primary objective is to support the store's sales goals, guide and motivate team members, and ensure high levels of customer service and store standards. By acting as a role model for your team and handling day-to-day operational tasks, you will ensure efficient operations and contribute to a positive customer experience. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liGuide, mentor, and motivate sales associates to meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service.
