As Global Product Manager for Digital Services, you shape and scale our digital service portfolio within Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technologies. You collaborate across product, technology, commercial, and operations to translate customer needs into market-ready solutions. You will help connect product development with market execution and drive adoption of condition-monitoring offerings. This role combines hardware and digital solutions to deliver measurable customer value in a global context, with international travel. You will contribute to governance and the evolution of our Digital Services portfolio, enabling scalable, data-driven services.

- Define product direction, vision, roadmap, and priorities for digital services with emphasis on scalability and customer value
- Act as a hands-on PM, engaging with customers and supporting commercial efforts to drive adoption
- Participate in packaging and pricing discussions from a product perspective
- Support global go-to-market activities with leadership and Revenue/Go-to-Market leads
- Develop the Digital Services Product & Portfolio Management function including governance
- Ensure strong product-market fit and value realization by incorporating feedback from customers and commercial teams
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements for technology teams
- Coordinate across product, commercial, technology, and operations to align and execute
- Support evolution and scaling of condition-monitoring solutions as a core offering
- Define and track product KPIs (adoption, usage, value realization) for insights across teams
- Contribute with Global Innovation Lead to identify new digital service opportunities aligned with growth priorities
- MSc or BSc in Engineering, Business, or similar
- 3-5 years of relevant product management/ development/ business development in a B2B environment
- Experience in industrial/mechanical/equipment/process-industry with exposure to digital products, IoT or data-driven services
- Strong commercial understanding of how digital products create customer and business value
- Experience with condition monitoring, IoT, connected equipment, or data-driven services is an advantage
- Practical understanding of industrial equipment and process industries
- Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams to shape solutions
- Structured thinking with a hands-on approach
- Strong stakeholder management across commercial, technical, and operational functions
- Familiarity with agile/iterative development and hardware-digital intersect
