/h3pAs UX Designer you will work full time in an agile cross-functional team (together with business and the devs). You will be focused on designing software and platforms that meet users needs. Some responsibilities: /pulliCollaborate with the client and the main stakeholders to define business requirements and features; /liliFacilitate the clients product vision; /liliDesign and deliver user flows, wireframes and prototypes; /liliCollaborate with Developers and UI designers to implement the best UX solutions; /liliConduct usability testing, analyze user feedback and iterate to enhance the user experience. /li /ulh3What we need from you: /h3ulliOperational experience of at least 3/4 years in projects focused on User Experience; /liliPrevious experiences and references in design or analysis of sites and digital, web and mobile products; /liliExcellent knowledge of the topics of user-centered design, design thinking, user research and usability, heuristic analysis, interaction design, information architecture, content strategy and prototyping and user testing; /liliExcellent experience in using UX design Best practices to design solutions; /liliExcellent knowledge of the Mobile User Experience: knowledge of design and interaction patterns and their declination on the various Os; /liliExcellent problem solving skills; /liliGood knowledge of the main UX tools (Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch, Invision; Photoshop, Adobe, etc); /li /ulh3What you didnt know about the team /h3pEven if we work very hard on our projects, we always find time for training. /ppWe are committed in taking care of our devs technical skills through certified courses, innovation labs and constant access to training tools. /ppWe also find the time to chill out together, playing entertaining games, cooking together or just having a drink in good company. /pulliHealth insurance /liliPossibility of flexible working hours and lavoro da remoto /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
