/h3h3Your role /h3pKey responsibilities in your new role /ppYou will be the trusted technical partner for selected worldwide key customers, supporting them throughout the development lifecycle and helping them succeed with Infineon's latest automotive microcontroller solutions.
Working closely with customers and internal experts, you will solve complex technical challenges, drive proof-of-concepts, and share your expertise through technical guidance and training.
/pulliSupport customers in early project phases, at decisive project milestones, and during escalations to help them achieve their development goals with Infineon's latest automotive microcontrollers /liliWork hands-on with customers remotely and on-site to debug complex technical issues, remove performance bottlenecks, and drive technical proof-of-concepts /liliUse your application know-how and knowledge in embedded systems, to prove why our application solution is technically superior in real customer use cases /liliBuild and maintain a strong internal Infineon network to quickly connect customer questions with the right experts in Application Engineering, RD, product, and system teams /liliCreate clarity in ambiguous technical situations by asking the right questions, structuring findings,



and driving the next steps together with customers and internal stakeholders /liliShare knowledge within the distributed Application Engineering team and contribute to a supportive team culture based on curiosity, ownership, and mutual help /liliTrain and enable Field Application Engineers and customers in your area of technical expertise /li /ulh3Your profile /h3pQualifications and skills to help you succeed /ppYou are a confident communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, Field Application Engineers, and internal technical stakeholders worldwide.
With a curious mindset and the confidence to take ownership in situations where not all answers are available upfront, you leverage your internal network, engage the right experts, and drive technical challenges to successful outcomes.
/pulliA degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Software Engineering, or a similar field of study /lili3+ years of experience in automotive Tier 1 or OEM environments and understanding of complex embedded systems development, integration, and debugging in customer projects /liliStrong hands-on experience in embedded software development in C, ideally on both application and low-level side /liliSolid expertise in low-level debugging under pressure, including topics such as boot, startup, multicore, peripherals, and performance /liliPrevious experience with Infineon AURIX microcontrollers or RISC-V is a strong plus /liliFlexibility to travel internationally on short-notice,



typically 5-10 trips per year, ranging from one day to up to two weeks during critical project phases /liliFluency in English /li /ulpSubject to meeting all job requirements, belonging to protected categories under Law ***** will be considered a preferential requirement /ph3Salary pay information /h3ulliLocation - Padova, Italy /liliIndicative salary range - €***** - €***** /li /ulpThe stated salary comprises annual base pay and target variable compensation.
