ppOur client, a full-service law firm, is looking for a Trusts Estates Associate.
/p pbBillable hours: /b **** and 300 investment time hours /p pbSchedule: /b Hybrid 3/2 /p h3Duties /h3 ul liEstate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, charitable planning, and trust and estate litigation.
/li liResearch and learn complex rules of gift, estate and generation skipping transfer tax.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3-5ish years of experience in a law firm /li liExperience or desire to learn irrevocable trusts, SLAT trusts, and asset protection.
/li liExperience dealing with inbound foreign investment in the U.S. by non-resident aliens or dealing with outbound planning in foreign countries by U.S. citizens is a plus /li liTax experience, or experience dealing with the IRS /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
