/p pYour work will play a critical part in shaping strategic decisions, bsecuring high-value investments, and supporting the growth of an ambitious and fast-evolving company in the renewable energy sector /b.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain financial models for project acquisitions, financings and MA activities /li liCoordinate due diligence for acquisitions and financings /li liPrepare market reports, investment memorandums, and project teasers.
/li liAssist with the origination, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions.
/li liAnalyze investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses, and assess tax and regulatory implications.
/li liConduct research,



perform statistical analyses and ccollaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
