This is a strategic role within the governance team, with the opportunity to grow responsibility and influence within the program.

/p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pYou will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects in a hybrid cloud application environment.
You will manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets and resources across IBM, client teams and external partners.
/p pA solid understanding of technical and functional aspects is essential, as you will need to interpret requirements, discuss solution approaches and ensure alignment between delivery teams and business goals.
/p pWeekly on?site presence at the client in Milan is required.




/p h3Key Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liManaging complex projects within the insurance domain /li liLeading planning, execution, monitoring and reporting activities /li liOwning project plans, financials and staffing coordination /li liManaging risks, issues and cross?team dependencies /li liSupporting governance processes and ensuring contractual compliance /li liInteracting with technical teams and discussing topics related to cloud, applications and integration (AWS, Kubernetes, Java ecosystem) /li liCollaborating with client stakeholders and third?party vendors in a distributed environment /li /ul h3Preferred Education /h3 pMaster's Degree /p h3Required Technical And Professional Expertise /h3 ul liProven experience in project management of complex initiatives /li liMandatory experience within the insurance industry /li liAbility to understand functional and technical requirements and interact with engineering teams /li liStrong communication, leadership and stakeholder?management skills /li liFluency in Italian /li liGood command of English (B1/B2) /li /ul h3Preferred Technical And Professional Experience /h3 ul liExperience in Life Insurance (area Vita) /li liExperience with hybrid cloud or cloud?based application projects /li liFamiliarity with technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Java /li liPrevious experience working in large enterprise or multi?vendor programs /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
