ph3About the job Italian Account Specialist Sofia, Bulgaria /h3pAs an Account Specialist focused on the Italian Market, you will reconnect with former customers and motivate them to resume using the company’s products and services. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, nurture strong relationships, and contribute to their ongoing success while driving business growth. You will be working from Monday to Friday between 10:00-19:00. The position is hybrid and you will be requested to work on site on Wednesday and Thursday. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliContact previous customers to re-engage them and restore their activity. /liliManage and develop your client portfolio with a focus on long-term partnerships. /liliDesign and execute strategic plans to expand account value and business opportunities. /liliAchieve targets related to account reactivation and client spending. /liliBuild new relationships with past clients and identify opportunities to grow their investment, especially in key product areas. /liliMeet sales objectives and uncover new business opportunities within B2B marketing environments. /li liCommunicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. /liliUnderstand client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions aligned with their goals. /liliGuide clients in turning their marketing objectives into actionable strategies. /liliServe as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive effective and timely support. /liliStay informed about product updates, industry trends,
