ph3INTERNAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST - Maternity Cover /h3h3Position /h3pBvlgari Spa, within its Corporate Training Internal Communication team based in Rome, is looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to s upport the planning, coordination and delivery of local and global internal communication and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, reinforce Bvlgari's culture and values, and ensure consistent communication across internal channels.
Contribute to the creation and dissemination of high-quality content, employee engagement initiatives and corporate communication projects in collaboration with HR, Corporate Functions, local teams and LVMH stakeholders.
/ph3Job responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the planning and execution of global internal communication campaigns aligned with business priorities and corporate initiatives.
/liliCreate, edit and publish engaging content across internal communication channels, including MyBvlgari Intranet (SharePoint), news articles, global email communications, Viva Engage, digital signage, lock screen campaigns, executive communications and event-related materials.
/liliContribute to the development and maintenance of editorial calendars and communication plans, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
/liliCoordinate content reviews, translations and localization activities to ensure communication effectiveness across global audiences.
/liliSupport the management and continuous update of MyBvlgari and other internal communication platforms, ensuring content accuracy, consistency and user engagement.
/liliAssist in coordinating content publication workflows and governance processes across digital communication channels.
/liliCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors on initiatives aimed at improving the employee digital communication experience.
/liliSupport the communication activities related to employee engagement initiatives, company values, employer branding and corporate culture projects.
/liliCoordinate overall organization and management of key corporate events,
such as the Annual Meeting, Bvlgari Day and other internal initiatives, including invitations, participation communications and post-event follow-up.
/liliAssist business functions in preparing communication materials for internal initiatives and projects when required.
/liliCollaborate with Corporate Functions, HR teams worldwide, Local teams, Brand Marketing teams, LVMH stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers to support communication initiatives.
/liliCoordinate communication approval workflows, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, brand identity and tone of voice.
/liliBuild effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to gather content, support communication needs and facilitate project execution.
/liliContribute to the ongoing enhancement of communication processes, channels and content formats by sharing feedback and best practices.
/li /ulh3Profile /h3pbQualifications /b /pulliAt least 2-3 years of corporate communication experience, ideally in a global or regional role.
/liliKnowledge of internal communication principles and content creation.
/liliStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
/liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
/liliFamiliarity with digital communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint, intranet, collaboration tools and email communication platforms).
/liliBasic knowledge of communication analytics and reporting.
/liliExperience with content management and editorial planning is a plus.
/liliProficiency with generative AI tools is considered an advantage.
